Our strategic retreats are designed for senior executives who are responsible for shaping and executing their organization’s strategy. Our retreats are one and a half days, ending at lunchtime on day two to allow participants to catch afternoon flights home.

The first morning focusses on theory and transitions into practical tools and methods in the afternoon. Day two permits the attendees to apply these learnings to their own company situation.

Strat2gy retreats are held in accessible locations based on where participants are traveling from—typically within an hour of a major airport. We select well-appointed destination hotels that provide a professional setting for focused sessions and a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere during downtime. Each venue is chosen to support both the high standard of strategic learning and to meet the discerning needs and demands of busy executives.
